This campaign was designed for Disrupt Aging, an initiative of AARP, and produced by NextDayBetter.
What does age discrimination look like — against both young or old? How might we recognize the power and importance of generational diversity and intergenerational collaboration in the workplace? We need to highlight tales centered around diversity and inclusion to humanize the internalized struggles of ageism, and the cultural and environmental factors that encourage it.
