Capturing the human experience
One afternoon, I found myself looking for the door of a makeshift house for an interview. There wasn’t one. A woman emerged behind a piece of tarpaulin, carrying a child on one hip, with an embarrassed smile on her face. She didn’t quite understand why I wanted to talk to her. It’s really simple: like everyone else’s, her voice matters.
Own your story
I’ve been telling stories as a writer, editor, marketing consultant, and creative strategist for over two decades now.
After working on various causes and advocating for communities for several years, I’ve embraced my mission to harness the power of storytelling to activate change.
I’m perpetually curious about people and what they have to say and I’m always happy to sit down to listen. It’s a pleasure and an honor to be able to hear, and amplify, all these unique perspectives.
What inspires me most, however, is seeing people transform their stories and, in effect, create a transformation in their communities and the work they do.
It’s easier said than done, so I’m here to help, coach, and provide guidance.
