Candice Quimpo is an impact storyteller, brand strategist, and leadership consultant.

Candice’s personal mission is to harness the power of storytelling to activate change in leaders, in order to develop one’s self and to influence society. She draws from decades of work in a range of narrative-building roles: in lifestyle editorial, corporate and marketing communications, creative projects, and, more recently, content strategy for social impact. 

She is the co-founder and COO of Imaginable Impact, an inclusion studio co-creating a world where Filipinas thrive by activating the power of the female lens in growing a more vibrant and equitable economy. Imaginable Impact leverages the intersection of feminine leadership principles; safe spaces and belonging; and brave, authentic storytelling. 

Building on the company mission to “Reframe Filipina Leadership”, Candice has co-led the development, founding, and launch of FoundHer – a community platform that champions and spotlights Filipina founders in order to close the gender gaps in startups and unlock the female-led economy.

Candice continues to work with founders, changemakers, and ventures to ignite action through narrative coaching, intentional story design, intersectional messaging, inclusive content development, and curated experiences. She is most inspired by seeing people transform their stories and, in effect, create a transformation in their communities and the work they do.
